When I say tomorrow I mean later on today. I can't get to sleep. Absolutely wide awake. Will report back after op .In the meantime my knees are missing the methotrexate!

Thanks again lovely fellow sufferers. Spare a thought for me in the next 5 days.

Am feeling worried excited and hopeful.
